摘 要:以SBR胶乳为原料 ,经表面改性的高岭土 (MO)为填料 ,高分子树脂为包覆剂 ,以凝聚共沉法研制高岭土填充型粉末SBR[P(SBR/MO) ]。研究了影响产物粒径及硫化胶力学性能的因素 ,并与块状SBR/MO1机械混炼胶料硫化胶的力学性能进行比较。结果表明 :当高岭土用量≥ 10 0质量份、包覆剂用量≥ 5质量份时 ,可获得粒径≤ 0 9mm的P (SBR/MO1)达 10 0 % ;当高岭土的用量为 10 0质量份及其表面改性剂用量为 4质量份、Tg 为 18℃的包覆剂的用量为 5质量份时 ,所获得的P (SBR/MO1)The modified kaolinite-filled SBR powder was prepared by coacervation-coprecipitation method in using polymeric resin as the encapsulant. The vulcanizate of powder SBR and the vulcanizate of mixed bale SBR were compared. For example,it was found that the influenced factors are the size of product particles and the mechanical properties. The result shows that the product with particle size less than 0 9?mm was 100% obtained when the encapsulant content is more than 5phr and the kaolinite content is more than 100phr. The optimum vulcanizate mechanical properties of kaolinite-filled SBR powder were obtained when the content of kaolinite, the encapsulant and the modified agent (T g=18℃) are 100phr, 5phr and 4phr respectively.
