摘  要:本文提出了在强酸性条件下,以薄层树脂相吸光光度法测定磷。此方法灵敏度高(ε_(750)9.7 x 10~5),比液相光度法提高11倍,精密度理想(测含磷 1μg/ml样品 6次, RSD=0.83%).实测天然水中磷,线性范围(定容 25ml) 0.1-1.2μg/ml,回收率: 97%~101%。A new analytical method with the thin-layer resin-phase spectrophotometry for determination of traces phosphorus in strong acidic medium was developed. This method has high sensitivity (ε _(705)=9.7 X 10_5mol/L.cm), it is 11 times as high as the solution spectrophotometry and good accuracy (10μg P was measured for 6 times, RSD=0.83%). Its linear range is 0.l~l.2μg/ml, which it was obtained by determination of phosphorus in the natural water The method give a recovery percentage of 97%~101%.
