摘 要:探讨了硫酸浸出蓝粉经过除杂净化、沉淀转化、过滤、洗涤、干燥、煅烧制备超细活性氧化锌的新工艺 ,同时讨论了超声波辐射对前驱体碱式碳酸锌的影响以及微波辐射加热煅烧对超细活性氧化锌的影响。采用日本岛津EMPA - 1 60 0型电子探针对超细活性氧化锌的形貌、粒度和成分进行表征。结果表明 :超细活性氧化锌的粒度分布均匀 ,形貌为球形立方 ,平均粒径为 1 0 0nm ,氧化锌含量超过 99.42 %。A new technology for the preparation of ultra-fine active zinc oxide powder by comprehensive blue power was studied.The processes of preparation included leaching,purifying,precipitation,filtrating,washing,drying and calcining.The effects of supersonics irradiation on precursor of basic zinc carbonate and of microwave irradiation calcination on ultra-fine active zinc oxide were also discussed.Its shape,granularity and composition are charactorized by electric probe EMPA-1600.It shows that the product is a ultra-fine powder with spherical and cubic structure and uniform size distribution,the average size of the product is 100 nm and the content of ZnO is more than 99.42%.
