摘　　要：在过去的2002年,国际经济与金融局势可谓是风云变幻:欧元闪亮登场;财务丑闻,震撼世界;金融危机,重现拉美;“爱银”重蹈“巴林”覆辙。2002年世界经济并未走出低谷,依然面临许多问题:经济低迷;股市不振;金融危机等。In the year 2002, constant changes have taken place in international economy and financial situation: the highlighted Euro came on stage; Financial scandals shocked the world; Financial crises reappeared in Latin America; 'Airein Bank' followed the upset track of 'Bahrain Bank'. World economy of 2002 hasn't stepped out of valley yet, confronted with such issues as weakening economy, disappointed stock market, financial crises.
