摘　　要：目的 探讨ALT测定利用室间质评(EQA)作校准的有效性。方法 应用1999年以来卫生部临检中心EQA的连续反馈值作为校正参考,分析评价不同K值对ALT测定的影响。结果 以EQA靶值为标准,理论K值常偏低,用EQA连续反馈均值计算K值的结果相对偏差较小。结论 在现实国情下,除尽量采用经认可的测定系统外,用高质量EQA八的反馈值作为校准参考,也许是提高可比性的较好的暂时代用方法,但应在排除基质偏差后应用。Objective To discuss the validity of using external quality assessment (EQA)for the ALT measurement calibration. Methods The effect of various K values on ALT measurement has been examined based on the continuous feedback data which has been acquired since 1999 from EQA of the National Center for Clinical Laboratory. Results Taking the target values of the EQA as the standard,the oretical K values tend to be lower than the standard one, while the K values caluculated from the continuous feedback data was closer to the standard one. Conclusion Under the circumstances of current facilities, apart from employing accredited measuring systems of ALT measurement as much as possible, data from high standard EQA may be a tentative solution as a standard to improve inter-laboratory comparability. However, this needs to be conducted after the matrix bias is removed.
