摘　　要：塔河油田 TK4 2 4 CH侧钻短半径深水平井 ,钻进过程中易出现井漏、井涌、岩屑携带困难等问题 ,为此 ,在侧钻造斜段采用了聚磺混油钻井液体系、水平段采用了无固相钻井液 (盐水 )体系 ,顺利完成了该井的施工。介绍了该井钻井液性能设计、维护处理措施 ,并提出了应用盐水节流循环压井的方法。There are many hole problems, such as loss circulation, well kick, difficult to carry cuttings during drilling operations in short radius, sidetracking, deep horizontal well TK424CH. For this reason, the well is smoothly drilled by using polymer oil mixed drilling fluid system in building up section and by using non solid drilling fluid system in its horizontal section. The paper introduces the drilling fluid properties and maintenance, provides the method of using salt water circulation for killing wells.
