摘 要:本研究采用多种实验检测方法分析了不锈钢电弧炉粉尘的物理特征和化学特性 .扫描电镜分析结果显示粉尘的形貌特征为聚合颗粒 ;X射线荧光仪 (XRF)和 ICP分析结果说明粉尘的化学成分随电弧炉冶炼炉料的不同而改变 ;X射线衍射 (XRD)及波形分析确定了粉尘的物相组成 ,尤其明确了铬在粉尘中以 Cr O和 Fe Cr2 O4的形式而不是以 Cr2 O3 的形式存在 ;电子探针 (EPMA)分析了粉尘内主要元素的分布 ,有利于粉尘在冶炼过程的形成机理的探索 .研究结果可为不锈钢电弧炉粉的控制、处理及综合利用提供数据 .Physical and chemical characteristics of dust from electric arc furnace (EAF) stainless steelmaking are investigated in this study through experiments and analysis. Morphology of the dust is obtained by using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). It shows that the dust is present as agglomerates and the agglomerates are both homogeneous and fugitive particles. Chemical analysis of the dust is made through X Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). It indicates that the composition of the dust varies with the types of the scrap used to feed the EAF. The main phases in the dust are determined on X Ray Diffraction (XRD). Most iron in the dust is found in the oxidized state, as either Fe 2O 3 or Fe 3O 4. Chromium is mainly present as CrO, and it is also present as FeCr 2O 4. Metal distribution in the dust is identified on Electron Probe Micro Analysis (EPMA), which is helpful to the detection of the mechanism of dust formation in the steelmaking process. This study proves to be beneficial to the dust control, further treatment of dust and recycling of valuable metals in the dust.
