稠油油藏边水封堵技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：稠油油藏边水封堵技术是以电厂废渣—粉煤灰做主剂 ,配以适量的有机胶联堵剂和固化剂 ,针对稠油油藏边水进行封堵的一种化学封堵技术。该技术通过对堵剂的配方、性能、配伍性等的研究 ,优选出一种强度可调、耐温性较高、稳定性和配注性能较好、成本较低的新型堵剂。经河南油田现场应用表明 ,对高渗透出水层有较强的封堵作用 。Edge water blocking technology in viscous oil reservoir is a chemical blocking technology,which use fly ash as main agent and equip proper organic crossliner agent and curing agent.With the study of formulation,performance and compatibility of blocking agent,this paper optimize a new blocking agent which can be used in different intensity and different temperature with low cost,high stability and more injection allocation.The field application in Henan Oilfield proved that the blocking agent has stronger blocking effect to high permeability layer and better protective action to low permeability layer.
