摘  要: 针对直接水合法生产乙二醇(EG)设备大、能耗高的状况,采用催化水合法合成乙二醇。从提高该反应的转化率与选择性出发,通过设计正交试验,并用对结果进行统计分析,找出主要影响因素并优化了反应条件。Instead of the direct hydration for the synthesis of EG, a catalytic hydration approach was studied. Orthogonal experiments were designed and analysed by statistica method in order to improve the experimental conversion and selectivity. Major factors for the reactions were experimentally found, and, then reactive conditions were optimized,and the results formed the basis for the pilot tests.
