摘　　要：本文从电子商务标准制定的必要性和产生的背景出发,综述了电子商务标准的发展历程和现状,进而分析了目前电子商务标准应用所面临的问题,指出了企业应用电子商务标准的策略,即企业的电子商务标准要兼容EDI,并符合XML语言模型这一国际标准。This paper explores the orgin of electronic business standard (EBS), and also describesits development history and the current application status. Then we analyze the problems of theEBS's application in domestic enterprises. Finally we outline the strategic that enterprise IT systemshould adopt the international EC standard which be compatible with EDI and XML.
