摘　　要：金融监管是一国金融稳健运行和经济安全的重要保证。随着经济全球化和中国加入WTO,应赋予中央银行在货币政策的制定和实施方面更大的独立性,并及时构建集中监管体制以应对业已存在的金融混业经营趋势。Financial regulation is an important guarantee for sound financial operation & safe economy. With economic globalization and China's entry of WTO, a larger independence in the light of formulating and effecting of monetary policies should be entitled to the central bank, with a timely constitution of centralized regulation regime to cope with existing tendency of financial mixture operation.
