摘 要:1998年长江大水之后,为提高防汛抢险工作的技术含量,国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室组织有关单位对防汛抢险关键技术进行联合攻关。该项目采用数学、物理模型方法分析研究了堤防溃口过程中口门区水流特性及溃口口门的变化过程,分析了黄河下游堤防可能发生决口的堤段及决口形式,科学系统地提出了黄河下游堤防溃口的总体对策。在分析研究黄河历史堵口技术的基础上,结合传统堵口技术的关键程序和步骤,利用现代新材料,新技术对传统堵口技术进行改进研究。通过对钢木土石组合坝堵口技术改进研究,大大提高了进展速度。另外,还系统地研究了土工合成材料在防汛抢险中的应用,提出了适合于黄河的土工合成材料反滤准则。该项研究取得了大量成果,提高了防汛抢险的技术水平,于2001年11月通过了国家防办组织的验收。After a major flood happened in the Yangtze River in 1998, Administrative Office of State General Headquarters of Flood Prevention and Drought - Relief organized related departments to jointly tackle key issues on key technology for rush repair in flood prevention for increasing technical contents of rush repair in flood prevention. The project uses mathematical model and physical model to analyze and study the flow feature and changing process of the opening. It analyzes the possible bursting section and types of burst in the lower Yellow River, scientifically and systematically puts forward overall countermeasures for dyke bursting in the lower Yellow River. It studies how to improve the traditional methodology for breach close by utilizing new materials and new technology and based on the analysis and study of historical technology. The study on technology improvement of breach close conducted on a combined dam of steel, wood, soil and rocks has greatly increased the speed. In addition, it also has systematically studied the application of geotechnical material in the rush repair of flood prevention and put forward filtering standard of geotechnical material that suits to the Yellow River. The study has achieved wealth results, increased technical level of rush repair in flood prevention and passed examination given by the Administrative Office of the State Headquarters in November 2001.
