摘  要:以非洲菊试管苗为试材,探讨了IBA、IAA和NAA及以无机基质为载体的无琼脂固体培养诱导其生根的效果。结果表明:3种生长素类物质以IBA诱导生根的效果最好,其最适浓度为0 3mg·L-1;3种生长素类物质随着使用浓度的升高其驯化移栽成活率均表现出降低的趋势;以珍珠岩、蛭石取代琼脂进行无机基质固体培养来诱导生根的实验结果是生根率、单株根数及生长势虽略低于琼脂固体培养,但移栽驯化成活率高,从商业生产的角度看,可以降低生产成本,其中以珍珠岩的效果为好,其生根率达94 4%,移栽驯化成活达100%。The study of root inductinon in vitro on Gerbera with different concentration of three auxins, i.e.IBA,IAA, and NAA.In this paper the technology of agarfree solid medium using inorganic substance is studied.The results showed that IBA is the most effective for root induction of Gerbera in vitro among three auxins,and the better concentration is 03 mg/L;Acclimatization survival rate of Gerbera drops with increasing of three auxins concentration.The root rate, number of roots,and growth state of plantlet using agarfree solid medium and inorganic substance are slightly lower than that of agar medium,but percentage of acclimatization survival is higher.The root rate and acclimatization survival rate of perlite is higher than that of vermiculite.Rooting rate of perlite is 944%, and acclimatization survival is 100%.
