摘　　要：在高科技风险投资的众多风险中 ,投资环境不完善造成的环境风险以及由于投资者经验不足 ,不能巧妙运用各种投资技巧所引起的经验风险是两种主要的风险。Of many risks of venture capital investment in high science and technology, environmental risk and experiential risk are regarded as two major sources of risk. The former is due to the imperfection of investmental environment, while the later is due to investors' lack of experience who are unable to utilize various investing skills. This paper discusses the dispersing system of risk in venture capital investment mainly through two questions:How do government perfect the investmental environment to reduce the environmental risk? How do investors utilize various investing skills to reduce the experiential risk?
