摘　　要：讨论了退耕还林的含义,结合甘肃省的实际,探讨在甘肃实施退耕还林工程的意义,总结4年来甘肃省退耕还林(草)工程所取得的成就,并根据在退耕还林工程中普遍存在的问题,提出了相应的科技支撑建议。Based on the natural condition of Gansu, the concept and significance for conversion of cropland to forest and grassland are discussed, and achievements attained in the past 4 years summarized. According to the common problems facing in the project, some related suggestions are put forward.
