摘　　要：中央银行最近一系列举措都表明 ,民营银行的诞生已为时不远。但不论是金融理论界还是实务界 ,对民营银行的认识还存在一些误区。对此 ,从五个方面指出这些误区并加以解释澄清。A series of acts released recently by the Center Bank of China indicate that it is not far for civilian banks to be born. But there are still some false cognition in both theories and practices. Based on this, the paper points out the false cognitions and clarify them in five aspects.
