摘  要:研究了不同硅铝比的β沸石载体及引入的金属助剂对二苯胺的催化性能的影响。试验结果表明,改性β沸石显示出独特的催化活性及反应稳定性,引入的金属助剂明显改善了催化剂的反应性能。制备的FD-20催化剂无腐蚀性,具有良好的活性、稳定性及可再生性。催化剂经逐级放大,具有良好的重复性,其反应性能优于国外同类催化剂水平。The effect of β-zeolite supports with different Si/Al ratio and incorporation of different metal promoters on catalytic performance for diphenylamine synthesis were investigated. The experimental results showed that modified (3-zeolite exhibited unique catalytic activity and stability. Its catalytic performance was improved by incorporating metal promoters. FD-20 catalyst prepared in this way is non-corrosive and exhibited good activity , stability and good regeneratibility. Stepwise scale-up of the catalyst preparation technique showed good repeatability.
