何首乌配方颗粒质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:对何首乌配方颗粒进行质量标准研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对何首乌配方颗粒进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对何首乌配方颗粒中的2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷含量进行测定。结果:2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的线性范围为0.4028～3.6252μg,平均回收率为101.15％,RSD=2.00％。结果:方法可行、重复性好,能有效地控制何首乌配方颗粒的质量。Objective: To study the quality standard for Heshouwu dispensing granule. Methods: Heshouwu dispensing granule was identified by TLC and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-B-D-glucoside in Heshouwu dispensing granule were determined by HPLC.Results:The linear relationship was at the range of 0.4028 ~ 3.6252 ug and the average recovery was 101.15% ,RSD = 2.00% for 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-B-D-glucoside.Conclusion: The methods were available with a good reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Heshouwu dispensing granule.
