活血祛风法治疗偏头痛76例

摘　　要：为观察活血祛风法治疗偏头痛的疗效 ,将 15 2例患者随机平均为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用活血祛风法 ,对照组用西药去痛片。疗程 1个月。结果 :治疗组显效 5 1例 ,有效 16例 ,无效9例 ,总有效率 88% ;对照组显效 32例 ,有效 2 6例 ,无效 18例 ,总有效率 76% (P <0 .0 5 )。To observe the clinical efficacy of blood-activating and wind-dispersing therapy in the treatment of migraine,152 cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 76 cases were treated with blood-activating and wind-dispersing therapy and control group in which another 76 cases were treated with Somiton,with a course of one month.Results:In treatment group,51 cases got marked effectiveness,16 got effectiveness and 9 cases failed,and the total effective rate was 88%;in control group,32 cases got marked effectiveness,26 cases got effectiveness,18 cases failed,and the total effective rate was 76%,with a great difference between the two rates(P<0.05).It is revealed that this therapy has positive effects on migraine.
