摘  要:为了确定大型回转窑及其支承件的薄弱环节,采用有限元方法对回转窑模型进行网格划分,设置相应的载荷和约束,并进行热力耦合分析。通过分析可得出回转窑及其支承件滚圈、筒体、托轮及托轮轴的应力-应变分布曲线。由此提出的优化方案,有助于准确掌握回转窑的应力分布,为回转窑进一步研究提供参考。To determine the weak link of the large-scale rotary kiln and its support parts, FEM was applied to conduct mesh division of the kiln model, and relevant loads and constraints were set, and then thermal coupling analysis was carried out. After analysis, the stress and strain distributions of the rotary kiln and its support parts such as rolling ring, shell, roller and roller axle were obtained. At last, optimization scheme was proposed, which was contributive to accurate understanding of stress distribution of the rotary kiln and offering reference for further study on the rotary kiln.
