摘  要:为了全面分析液气射流泵内部结构对液气射流泵吸气性能的影响,利用Fluent软件对不同吸入管位置下的液气射流泵内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,获得了液气射流泵压力和流速的仿真结果。对比分析可知,吸入管相对于喷嘴的位置变化,对液气射流泵内部速度场和压力场的分布有一定影响,对射流吸气过程中速度和压力的影响不大,对射流泵效率影响很小,在结构设计时可以不予考虑。To comprehensive analyze the influence of internal structure of the liquid-gas jet pump on its suction performance, Fluent was applied to conduct 3D numerical simulation on the flow field inside the liquid-gas jet pump at various location of suction pipe, and simulation results of pressure and flow rate of the liquid-gas jet pump were obtained. Comparative analysis results showed the location of the suction pipe relative to the nozzle had some impact on the distribution of velocity field and pressure field inside the liquidgas jet pump and a little impact on the velocity and pressure during suction process. Thus the efficiency of the liquid-gas jet pump was slightly affected, so the location of the suction pipe could not be considered during structural design.
