摘　　要：本文设计了一种高速公路交通流量信息采集与监控系统。系统采用电磁感应原理 ,通过对振荡器的频率计数测量到车辆通过的基本信息。上位机根据车辆基本信息 ,采用一定的算法便可得到一个记录周期内的有关交通流的状态信息 ,并上传监控中心。本系统具有简单可靠 。In order to detect vehicles informations in expressway.We have designed a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System for traffic informations making use of the principle of electromagnetic induction.The basic information including speed,length,go through time,and traffic capacity of vehicles can be detected to analyze oscillator frequency.Furthemore,by a stated arithmetic,the status messages about flow of vechicles can be gained,and passed to the center computer.The system is superiority in simple structure and a ow cost.
