摘 要:为了解决我国长期以来存在的种子玉米脱粒损失量大的问题 ,该文介绍了一种利用挤搓原理的 ,宽板齿、低转速脱粒滚筒、栅格式凹板结构的玉米脱粒机的设计方法。该系列脱粒机的特点是脱净率高、破碎率低 ,适应玉米籽粒含水率在13 %~ 2 0 %范围内 ,既适合普通玉米脱粒、也适合种子玉米脱粒。该玉米脱粒机在设计上采用了挤搓脱粒技术。经过对该应用技术设备的设计、试制、试验、使用及测试 ,其结果表明 ,完全适合种子玉米脱粒。该文还介绍了在对该玉米脱粒机进行设计研究过程中初步总结的一些规律和认识。In order to minimize the kernel damage, a design method of seed corn sheller with broad board-teeth, a shelling cylinder with lower rotary speed and grid concave boards was proposed in this paper. The sheller threshing kernels by extruding & rubbing, which is capable of processing both common corn and seed corn. The advantages of the apparatus are a higher threshing performance and a lower percentage of kernel damage. The equipment was adapted to shell corn ears with different moisture content from 13% to 20%. A new gentle shelling technique was adopted in this sheller, which is different from the traditional shelling principle. The shelling of the corn accomplished by the action of corn on corn and corn on cobs in a round bar cage. Some equipment was manufactured according to this technique, and the results of testing of sample sheller showed that the sheller was completely suitable for the threshing of seed corns. Some rules obtained from the design of the corn sheller were also introduced.
