摘　　要：根据多晶体系中各相相对含量与衍射强度(峰)的线性关系,把相的定量分析问题转化为陶瓷材料XRD衍射数据的分析和计算问题,并介绍了计算机在处理及计算氧化锆陶瓷m-ZrO_2和t-ZrO_2含量的定量分析方面的应用。The calculation of quantitative analysis can be transferred to the analysis and count of XRD data in terms of the linear relationship between phase percentage of each phase and its diffraction intensity (peak height) in multii-phases system. And Computer application in the treatment of powder XRD pattern of zirconia-based ceramics and the calculation of m - and t - ZrO2 phase volume percents are discussed in this article.
