摘　　要：讨论了轿车门二限位器疲劳实验装置的机械及电路软、硬件设计,限位器由一个滑块框和滑片所组成,安装在摇臂上离摇心1/4处。输出信号由二级放大器放大,经A/D转换器转换成数字信号,最后打印出驱动力曲线。这样开门二限位器的疲劳试验曲线便记录下来。This paper discusses the mechanic and electrical software and hardware design for an experiment apparatus for door-opening two restrain position device used in cars. It is composed of a frame and slider. They are installed at about the quarter position of a rocker arm from its rocking center. The output signal is magnified by a two-step magnifier and converted to a digital signal through an A/D converter. Finally the drving force curve is printed. Fatigue experiment curve of door-opening two restrain position device is recorded.
