摘　　要：浙江省温岭市是一个经济比较发达的县级市 ,进入 2 1世纪以来 ,种植业结构有了很大的调整 ,培育出了“玉麟”西瓜、“温联”果蔗等名牌产品。但是耕地抛荒 ,特别是水田夏季弃耕抛荒也逐年严重。本文分析了耕地抛荒的特点与原因 ,提出提高耕地利用率的 6条对策措施。Wenling in Zhejiang Province is a county level city with more developed economy. Since entering 21st century, crop cultivation structure has been adjusted dramatically, and famous brand products such as “Yuling” brand water melon and “Wenlian” brand fruit sugarcane, etc. were cultivated. But the status of arable land laid idle, especially the paddy field in summer, has been serious year by year. This paper analyzed the characteristics and reasons that the arable land were laid idle and proposed 6 countermeasures enhancing the utilization ratio of arable land.
