联合PCR诊断大熊猫犬瘟热和犬冠状病毒的混合感染

摘　　要：采用一步法提取大熊猫肝脏细胞总RNA,经反转录,选择CDV和CCV联合PCR引物,一次性扩增出CDV和CCV目的片段,进一步证明了大熊猫同时感染了CDV和CCV。Total RNA was extracted from the liver of two dead giant pandas. After reverse transcription, the obtained DNA was amplified by PCR with the CDV and CCR primers. The specific fragments of CDR and CCR were successfully identified from the amplified products, indicating that the dead giant pandas were infected with both CDR and CCR.
