摘　　要：工资理论是马克思经济理论体系的重要组成部分,马克思科学的工资理论不仅揭示了资本主义工资的本质及内在关系,而且具有显著的时代价值;特别是对于社会主义条件下工资本质的界定,工资运动规律的概括以及工资分配制度的创新,都起到了很好的导向作用。Wage theory constitutes an important part of Marxist system info of economics. It not only exposes the nature of capitalist wage and its internal relationship,but also carries great value of times. And especially, it gives full play to its leading role in the following three aspects,that is, the definition on the nature of wage in socialist countries, the generalization on the law of wage circulation and the innovation on the principle of wage allotment.
