摘　　要：许多纽结不变量在mutation下都是不变的 ,文章对纽结的号差进行了讨论。通过对Goeritz矩阵和法欧拉数在mutation下的变化研究 ,以及应用Gordon和Litherland有关号差的公式 ,证明了纽结的号差具有mutation不变性。There are many knot invariants which are invariante under mutation.This paper studies the signature of a knot.By discussing the changes of the Goeritz matrices of the knot under its mutation and their normal Euler numˉbers,and by using the formula of the signature of a knot given by Gordon and Litherland,it proves that the signature of a knot is a mutation invariant.
