摘 要:研究了偶氮氯膦Ⅲ分光光度法测定1,6 二磷酸果糖锶盐中锶的质量浓度的方法。实验表明,在pH3 4的邻苯二甲酸 邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲介质中,当Tween 80存在时,锶与偶氮氯膦Ⅲ形成蓝紫色络合物,它的最大吸收峰位于660nm。锶的质量浓度在0~1 0μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律且具有高选择性,表观摩尔吸光系数为4 33×104L·mol-1·cm-1,相关系数R2=0 9998,回收率为97 41%~101 9%。A spectrophotometric method for determination of strontium with a reagent azochlorthoate was studied. In the medium of a KHC8H4O4HCl buffer solution of pH 3.2, strontium formed a bluepurple complex with azochlorthoate in the presence of Tween80. The strontium complex had absorbance maxium at 660 nm and its apparent molar absorptivity was 4.25×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. In the range of 0~10 μg/mL for strontium, the Beer's law was obeyed, with correlation coefficient of 0999 8. The method had a high selectivity and was applied to determine the strontium in drugs with satisfactory results, in which the recoveries were in the range of 97.7%~102.3%.
