摘 要:以9ZF1 0型盘刀式切碎器为基础,研究了圆弧曲线、直线和等滑切角曲线刀刃在切割青饲玉米时的切割能耗变化。结果表明:切割时的滑切角和切割转角是影响切割能耗的主要因素。当滑切角在35°~45°范围内,切割转角在45°~65°范围内时,切割的平均扭矩较低,切割能耗较小。对于不同类型的刀刃曲线,只要结构参数的设计能够保证滑切角和切割转角在适宜的范围内变化,则可保证切碎器具有较低的切割能耗。Based on 9ZF 10 type flywheel forage chopper, this paper analyzed the effect of different curve edges of cutting knife with circle, linear and equal slide curves on energy consumption for maize silage Through analysis of changes of slide angel, push angle and rotation angel during cutting process, it was determined that slide angel and rotation angle were main factors affecting cutting energy consumption, and when slide angle and rotation angle were within 35°~45°and 45°~65°respectively, the energy consumption was relatively low The energy consumption could be reduced to low level when slide angle and rotation angle was maintained within rational range for different cutting curve edges through proper parameter design
