菩人丹胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨菩人丹胶囊对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法 :用链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病肾病大鼠模型 ,观察菩人丹胶囊对其空腹血糖、肾功能 (血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白 )、肾重与体重比值的影响。结果 :菩人丹胶囊可降低糖尿病肾病大鼠血糖 ,治疗组各组较模型组均下降 ( P <0 .0 1) ,与阳性药物对照组比较差异显著 ( P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白与模型组比较有统计学意义 ( P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :菩人丹胶囊可以降低实验性高血糖 ,降低糖尿病大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白水平 。Objective:To study remedy effects of the purendan capsule on diabetic nephropathy Method:The effect of purendan on rat’s fastine blood-glucose and the function of the kidney(including SCr and BUN and proteinuria) and kidney weight vs BW in experimental diabetic nephropathy rats with STZ were observed.Results:Purendan can decrease the rats’ fasting blood-glucose,and there is a distinct significance compared those of the model group and Capptopril group(P<0 01) After treatment the serum level of SCr and BUN and proteinuria has been decreased,which is remarkable compared to that of the model group(P[KG-3]<0 05,P[KG-3]<0 01) Conclusion:Purendan can decrease the experimental blood-glucose,and can increase the serum level of SCr and BUN and proteinuria in the diabetic nephropathy rats,improve kidney function of the diabetic nephropathy rats
