摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快，计算机信息技术的逐步完善，我国企业已融入国际市场的竞争。如何提高企业竞争的优势，除了采用新技术外，还应挖掘“第三利润源泉”，建立新的物流控制体系，调整企业库存结构，采用网上购物，实施物流配送，减少企业内部库存量，逐步实现零库存或少库存，从而降低物流成本和生产成本，达到提高企业经济效益的目的。With the quick development of economic globalization and the gradual improvement of information technology, Chinese enterprises have competed with foreign corporations for worldwide market. There are many means to improve the competitive capability of them. Besides using new technology, they should mine the third profit source and establish the new system of logistics control. In addition, they should adjust the inventory structure. , shop on Internet and implement logistic delivery, decrease internal inventory. In these ways, the enterprises will gradually realize zero inventory or lesser inventory, decrease the logistics and production cost , and improve their economic efficiency.
