强肝软坚方对肝硬化患者肝功能、门脉血流及纤维化标志物的影响

摘　　要：为观察强肝软坚中药对肝硬化患者肝功能、门脉血流及纤维化标志物的影响。将肝炎后肝硬化及血吸虫病性肝硬化患者 62例 ,随机分为中药组 (32例 )及对照组 (30例 ) ,分别采用中药强肝软坚方与西药心得安治疗 ,疗程 3个月。分别观察用药前后肝功能、门静脉主干内径、脾静脉内径的变化。结果 :中药强肝软坚方在改善肝功能方面明显优于对照组 ,在降低HA、LN、IV C等肝纤维化指标上明显优于对照组 ,在缩小门静脉内径 (PV) ,脾静脉内径 (SV)方面与西药相仿。提示中药具有良好的保护肝功能。To observe the effects of 'Qianggan Ruanjian Decoction' on liver function,portal blood flow and fibrosis markers,62 cases of liver cirrhosis were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by 'Qianggan Ruanjian Decoction' and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Propanolol.The liver function,inner diameter of portal vein and splenic vein,serum hyaluronic acid (HA),LN, Ⅳ-collagen (Ⅳ-C) and main symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment. Results: The Decoction had better effects than Propanolol in improving liver function,reducing HA,LN and Ⅳ-C,similar effects in narrowing the inner diameters of portal vein and splenic vein.It is indicated that the Decoction is quite effective to protect liver cells,reduce portal pressure and fight liver fibrosis.
