轻度妊高征并发深静脉血栓形成诊治体会

摘　　要：目的 :探讨轻度妊高征并发深静脉血栓的早期诊断、治疗、预防。方法 :用彩色多普勒扫描下肢深静脉。结果 :检查 60例轻度妊高征病人 ,发现有下肢静脉血栓形成 17例 (含血栓累及大静脉 2例 ) ,由于及时防治 ,预后良好。结论 :彩色多普勒扫描对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断有肯定的价值 ,对此类病人及时诊断、治疗 。Objective: To detect the early diagnosis,treatment and prevention of mild pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) complicated with deep vein thrombus.Methods:To scan the deep vein in the lower extremities by color Doppler.Results:Out of 60 patients with mild PIH,17 cases were found to suffer from deep vein thrombus in the lower extremities and they got by treatment.Conclusions:Color Doppler scanning plays a positive role in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombus and is helpfull to treat the patients with such disease.
