摘 要:热力干燥方法被广泛应用在生物制品的脱水过程 ,但生物制品在高温和高湿的作用下 ,可能会引起产品品质的严重破坏 ,为了降低干燥过程对其质量的破坏 ,采用一种新的干燥技术 ,即吸湿性的多孔介质作为载体干燥方法。详细地讨论了生物制品多孔载体干燥过程中的干燥动力学、质量降解动力学、及质量保护参数等。在实验室振动流化床干燥器上进行正交实验 ,提出了影响品质保持的过程参数。试验结果分析表明 :采用多孔载体方法干燥 ,产品的最终品质与常规热力干燥后的品质有了显著的改善。The widely applied method for the dehydration of bio products is thermal drying. However, owing to high thermo and xero liability of biomaterials, the drying process may cause serious damage to the product quality. To minimize the losses of the product quality, drying of biomass with porous carriers was applied. A set of orthogonal experiments were carried out in a laboratory vibro fluidized bed dryer, and the effect of process parameters on quality retention is also presented. Analysis of the experimental results shows a substantial improvement, compared with that of thermal drying, in the final quality of products in the presence of a porous carrier.
