摘　　要：用小鼠和鸡的 β tectorin基因 (Tectb)的编码区序列对NCBI数据库进行Blastn比较 ,得到一个相似性很高的人的gDNA序列 (GenBank :AL15 7786 ) ,用GENSCAN、MZEF程序和Blast2sequence程序分析AL15 7786 ,推测AL15 7786中包含一个编码区由 10个外显子构成的基因———TECTB基因。人TECTB基因的开放阅读框为 990bp ,推测编码32 9个氨基酸。人TECTB基因与小鼠的Tectb基因在 990bp有 88 1%的一致性 ,在 32 9个氨基酸有 94 2 %的一致性。用Electronic PCR将人TECTB基因定位于 10q2 5。The coding sequence of the mouse Tectb and chick Tectb gene were subjected to Blastn searching against the human dbEST and Htgs in NCBI.One BAC clone sequence(GenBank:AL157786) was obtained,which shows high homology to the two genes.We predicted the exons and introns in the homologous region of AL157786 using GENSCAN,MZEF and Blast 2 sequence program,and then assembled the predicted exons into the coding sequence of the human TECTB .The open reading frame of human TECTB gene is 990 bp composed of ten exons,which encodes a protein of 329 amino acids.Human TECTB gene shows 88 1% identity in 990 bp overlap with that of the mouse Tectb gene and the predicted polypeptide shows 94 2% identity in 329 aa with the mouse β tectorin.The TECTB gene was mapped to human chromosome 10q25 by electronic PCR.
