摘　　要：根据对日本大众体育和社会体育指导员现状的交流和考察所获得的资料,介绍了日本近期大众体育和社会体育指导员发展的状况和新的发展特征,并进行了深层次的思考,提出了针对性的建议。According to data exchange and observation to popular sports and social sports advisor in Japan, the update situation and characters were introduced in this paper. Deepening considering and pertinency suggestions were also carried out.
