摘 要:目的 :探讨溶剂干燥 γ射线辐照消毒异体肌腱移植的生物力学及组织学特点。方法 :30只中国大耳白兔随机分为 3组进行双侧跟腱移植 ,即溶剂干燥 γ射线辐照组 (SD R组 ) ,冷冻干燥 γ射线辐照组 (FD R组 )及自体移植组 (AG组 )。分别于移植后 4 ,8周行生物力学及组织学检测。结果 :移植前SD R组强度约为AG组的 1 5 ,移植后 4周两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。移植后 8周 ,SD R组要强于AG组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与FD R组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :移植后早期进行有效保护 ,溶剂干燥Objective: To explore the biomechnical and histological characters of solvient dried and gamma irradiated tendon allografts. Methods: Thirty Chinese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. Achillis tendon transplantation were performed on both sides of the hind legs with solvient dried and gamma irradiated (SD R) allografts, freeze dried and gamma irradiated (FD R) allografts and autografts (AG) respectively. Mechanical and histological examination were made for 4 weeks and 8 weeks after transplantation. Results: Before transplantation,autografts were mechanically about five times stronger than SD R allografts.Four weeks after transplantation,the difference was no statistical significance.Eight weeks postoperatively,SD R allografts became stronger than autografts (P<0.05) and had a strength similar to FD R allografts (P>0.05). Conclusion: If care was taken regarding their initial mechanical weakness. SD R allograft can be used as a favourable alternatives to autografts.
