软脉胶囊对犬急性缺血再灌注心肌代谢和心肌缺血面积的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察软脉胶囊 (RM)对犬急性缺血再灌注模型中心肌代谢和心肌缺血面积的影响。方法 :采用结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支 (LAD)造模 ,股动脉取血测定血浆 6 -Keto -PGF1α、TXB2 含量变化。结果RM高 1 2 6g (kg/d)、低剂量组 0 4 2g (kg/d)和阳性药物步长脑心通组 0 2 52g (kg/d) ,6 -Keto -PGF1α,均较模型组明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,且具有明显缩小心肌梗塞范围的作用。结论to observe the effect of ruanmai capsule on dog acute ischemic reperfusionmyocardial metabolism and myocardial ischemic area. Methods: models were made by ligaturing LAD, and blood was collected from femoral artery to assay the changes of plasma 6-Keto-PGF la and TXB 2. Results: 6-Keto-PGF la in high dose group (1 26g/(kg/d)), low dose group (0 42 g/(kg/d)) and Buchang Naoxintong group decreased significantly compared with model group ( P <0 01), and RM could reduce the scope of myocardial infarction. Conclusion: RM has a good protective function on dog acute myocardial ischemic reperfusion.
