摘 要: 以Richardson-Zaki公式为基础,研究了由HP多孔高分子载体固定化微生物废水处理时,形成的生物颗粒沉降性能及生物流化床的床层膨胀特性。研究表明:HP球形多孔载体CD值略高于其他研究者得到的生物颗粒CD值,其值为:CD=16.43Ret-0.41,(10<Ret<50);该值也比实心、刚性、球形载体的CD值高;HP载体生物流化床的床层膨胀仍可用Richardson-Zaki公式来表达,但膨胀指数n应作修正,修正后的表达式为:n=5.04Ret-0.114,1<Ret<50。The settling velocity and bedexpansion characteristics of the lowdensity spherical porous HP bioparticles were studied based on the RichardsonZaki equation. Experiments showed following results: because of the roughness, the drag coefficient (CD)of the bioparticles of HP is higher than that of other carriers, such as smooth, rigid and spherical particles and so on, and it is also higher than that obtained by other researchers. The drag coefficient equation for HP bioparticles is: CD=16.43Ret-0.41, (10<Ret<50). The bedexpansion characteristics of the bioparticle carriers can be expressed by RichardsonZaki equation. It was found that the expansion index is less than that of other carriers in a fluidizedbed bioreactor. The expansion index is: n=5.04Ret-0.114,1<Ret<50.
