外商直接投资与科技创新、经济增长——基于西部10省面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：选取了西部地区1991-2012年的相关数据,就外商直接投资、科技创新以及经济增长这三个变量的关系进行了研究,结果表明:FDI促进了我国西部区域科技创新能力的提高;FDI的技术外溢效应使本地企业创新产品产值成逐年增长趋势,并辐射周边区域,提高了本地区的人均GDP,带动了经济增长,同时经济进一步发展又促进了更多外资的流入;西部地区在引进外资时不能盲目,应注重对人力资本等的培育,加强对外资的消化吸收能力,最终促进经济进一步地发展提高。The article selects the relevant data from 1991 to 2012,made a study on how the FDI will influence the western region's capability of science and technology innovation and economic growth. The results show that FDI do to promote the capacity of science and technology innovation of the Western,at the same time,the level of the economic development was improved. The technological spillover effect of FDI made the local enterprises output of innovational products increasing year by year,and radiates to the surroundings,GDP per person of the western has improved,At the same time,the further development of economy promote the more foreign capital inflows. Further more,the western should pay attention to the cultivation of human capital,cannot blindly,so to strengthen the capability of the digestion and absorption of FDI,lastly,promote the level of the economic development.
