试论编辑劳动的隐匿性特征

摘　　要：编辑的创造性劳动与其他精神生产劳动相比,有着自己固有的显著特征。编辑劳动既有创造性,又具隐匿性。创造性是编辑劳动与著作者劳动的共同点,而隐匿性是编辑劳动与著作者劳动的不同点;编辑劳动的创造性寓于隐匿性之中,并通过隐匿性表现出来。正因为编辑劳动的这一隐匿性特征,才使得人们对编辑劳动的创造性难以理解和认同。Editor's labor has its own character matched with other labors. It has both creativity and recessive character. Hie former is the similar character of editor and author's labors. Otherwise, the latter is the dissimilarity of these two. The creativity of editor's labor exists in the recessive character, and is embodied by it. For this reason, the creativity of editor's labor is not easy to understand and accept.
