摘　　要：近年来,互联网正在引发技术-经济范式的重大变革,造就生产要素、生产方式、产业组织模式等各方面的重大革命,将人类带入以互联网为依托的新经济发展时代。技术-经济范式变革的内在逻辑为:互联网技术的重大创新引发产业革命——带动互联网基础设施的普遍安装——形成基于互联网的新生产技术条件——催生新的关键生产要素。从而,经济主体在数字化生产技术条件下使用大数据生产要素开展生产活动,并获得商业上的巨大成功。由此基于新生产技术条件和新生产要素的思维模式和行为惯性形成并不断强化,新规则和常识产生,经济系统整体运行机制发生改变。In recent years,Internet is triggering a major change to the techno-economic paradigm,creating a major revolution in terms of production factors,mode of production and industrial organization models,and bring mankind into the age of new economy development which is backing upon Internet.The change logic of techno-economic paradigm is:Significant innovations of Internet technology trigger industrial revolution,which in turn leads to the general installation of Internet infrastructure,then forms the new Internet-based production technical conditions,furthermore the change of production technical conditions lead to the development of new production key factors.Against that background,the economic entities leverage the big data production factors to carry out their production activities under the digital production technology conditions,and achieve great commercial success.Thus,the new thought pattern and behavior-inertia which based upon the new production technology conditions and new production factors are formed and continuous to strengthen,then new rules and common sense come into being,the overall operating mechanism of the economic system changes.This is the process of the emergence and development of the new techno-economic paradigm.
