铁道车辆用钛钙型耐候钢焊条的研制

摘　　要：通过大量试验研究了钛钙型耐候钢焊条药皮组分对焊条性能的影响规律。在此基础上研制出具有优良综合性能的耐候钢焊条 ,并在螺旋式焊条涂粉生产线上投入批量生产。该焊条可广泛用于 5 0 0 MPa级铁道车辆用低合金耐候钢及其它要求耐大气腐蚀结构钢的焊接。Through experiments the effects of composition of weathering steels titanium and calcium type covered electrode on the welding characteristics have been studied.Based on the results, a kind of weathering steels electrode with good qualities is developed,and manufactured in electrode extrusionpress production lines.The electrode can be widely used for the welding of 500MPa tensile strength weathering steels rolling stock and other similar structures.
