摘　　要：计费功能是网络管理中一个重要的基本功能,如何快速准确的采集到用户的相关计费数据,是实现高效计费功能的关键。本文通过对IP用户和拨号用户接入方式和适用计费协议分析,提出用SNMP协议命令读写路由器计费相关的MIB值和在网络底层中"侦听-转发"IP数据包的设计思想,进行用户计费数据地采集。在Windows平台上用VC++工具实现了网络计费数据采集功能模块,此模块具有一定的应用价值。The function of accounting is an important part of network management. It is the key for network accounting effectively to collect user's accounting data quickly and accurately. First we analyze accounting protocol and user interface mode. Then we given the way for getting user accounting data to read/write router MIB and capture/transfer ip packet. Finally we also realize the function of accounting with VC++ tool .The realization is practical and valuable.
