我国水泥ISO强度与美国ASTM C109强度关系的试验研究

摘　　要：通过对大量出口水泥进行抗压强度试验 ,利用回归分析法提出了中国ISO强度与美国ASTMC1 0 9强度之间的关系式 ,3d抗压强度为 :Y(美国 ) =1 3 3 +0 693 2X(中国 ) ,2 8d抗压强度为 :Y(美国 ) =1 1 5 5 +0 5 2 64X(中国 )。同时对公式进行了检验 ,相对标准误差小于 5 % ,这些公式有较高的精密度 ,可以满足ASTM标准的要求 。In this paper,a great deal of the export cement was tested for compressive strengh,two relation formulas between ISO method and ASTM C109 method were proposed by recursive analysis method.3 days compressive strength:Y(ASTM)=1.33+0.6932X(ISO),28 days compressive strength:Y(ASTM)=11.55+0.5264x(ISO).By checking formulas we found that the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.The precisions were high and results were satisfactory for ASTM C109.These formulas can be used in the import and export trade and production control of cement factories.
