摘  要:方波驱动无刷直流电动机 (BL DCM)曾被认为应设计成梯形波的 EMF,因存在显著的 3次谐波而不宜采用△形绕组联接。在绝大部分研究 BL DCM的文献中都是把定子绕组按 Y形联接来分析讨论。因此可能会误认为BL DCM定子三相绕组必定是 Y形联接。文中用实例说明小容量方波驱动 BL DCM的三相定子绕组一样可以采用△联接 ,设计良好的小容量 BL DCM的 EMF波形相当接近正弦波。不限定绕组的联接方式 ,增加了绕组设计和线规选择的灵活性 ,还可以利用 Y形和△形转换获得双电压等级或双额定转速的 BL DCM。In case of square-wave driving, the EMF of BLDCM is usually designed as trapezoidal waveform. Because of the existence of the notable third order harmonic, it is not proper to adopt the delta connection. Most researching literatures of BLDCM are about the star connection ones, so may be taken it for granted that the windings of BLDCM is star connection. The paper proves that the delta connection is also very effective by practical example, and the EMF of the well designed small BLDCM is very near to sine wave. Without the restriction of the windings connecting manner, the windings designing and wire-gauge selecting become more flexible. Meanwhile, the double rated voltage or double rated speed of BLDCM are also easily available by changing the connecting manner between star connection and delta one.
