摘　　要：介绍了稀土永磁同步发电机的永磁磁路设计以及电磁设计上的一些特点,简要分析了永磁同步发电机的电压调节,改善电压波形以及永磁体的最佳工作点和最大去磁工作点之间的关系,得到了有用的结论。This paper introduces some characteristics of permanent-magnet magnetic circuit and electromagnetic design of rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous generators, and simply analyzes voltage regulation of the generator, improvement of the voltage waveform, and the relations between the optimum working point and max. demagnetizing working point of the permanent magnet. A useful conclusion is obtained.
