摘 要:国内外进入衰竭期的油田 ,边内注水和边外注水方法是主要的增产措施 ,它能提高油田水驱油效率 ,获得较高的采收率。而分层注水却是最有效的符合大多数地质状况的注水方案之一 ,新疆油田目前应用的分层注水工艺技术主要有 :偏心配水器分注技术 ,液力投捞井下定量分注技术 ,轮流注水工艺技术 ,同心管分注技术 ,油套分注技术 ,稠油分层注热水工艺技术。另外还研制了 2种可洗井管柱技术 :可反洗井注水管柱技术 ,可保护套管、可多次正、反洗井的深井超深井污水回注管柱技术。Water injection is a kind of major secondary oil recovery method. For domestic and international oilfield entering depletion period,interior water flood and edge water flood are major methods of stimulation of production well.It can raise water-drive-oil efficiency and gain more higher recovery efficiency in oilfield by them.And zonal injection is the one of most effective water flooding project that accords with the most geological conditions. The technologies of zonal injection used in Xinjiang oilfield are eccentric injection mandrel zonal injection technology,hydraulic throwing-dragging downhole ration zonal injection technology,alternate water injection technology ,concentric pipe zonal injection technology,tubing-casing zonal injection technology and heavy crude separate zonal hot water flooding technology.Additionally,we have developed two kinds of well cleanoutable pipe string technologies which are reverse washing well injection pipe string technology and dump flooding pipe string technology in deep well and ultra deep well.Here,we mainly introduce present situation of zonal injection process and technology in Xinjiang oilfield.
